Use of Growth Mindset, Zones of regulation and other strategies to promote wellbeing.

Lots of positive behaviour support - pastoral lead and team. Reflection room at lunchtime, behaviour pathways' and restorative practice. Sensory room, pet therapy, communication group, Lego therapy.

More class time for these subjects in addition to what is already done. More focus and consistency needed.

School consequences have not been updated/ shared recently and there is inconsistency across the school. We need more consistency so the children are all aware of actions and consequences.

Play times are not a positive time for some children, rough play and hurting is becoming more common across the school. We need to focus in on this and provide structure/ resources/ teaching to address this kind of play. We feel this may be a result of lockdown and lack of social interaction.
