Boston: Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.</strong> </div><div>This book focuses on a young girl who lives in an urban space and wants something more in her community. This book will introduce the idea of an urban areas for students. With this book I will have students draw the urban communities near them and explain the reason why that area is urban. </div>]]></description>

United States: Paw Prints.</strong> </div><div>This book focuses on the two mouse couples that live in different communities (country and Town). The mice will experience each other lives. After reading the book we can look at the characteristic of urban and rural communities. Students can list the characteristics of each community observed in the book in a venn diagram and, explain differences and similarities. </div>]]></description>
