Oh, where can I start with my gratitude for you?! You have done SO MUCH to support a strong ELA department at Voyager. It's so clear that you are a champion of your teachers and advocate for them and your scholars all the time. You've also been such an incredible thought partner over the years. Whether it's highlighting a question or making a suggestion or finding ways to innovate - I am in awe of your vision and your leadership. And, to top it all off, you are one of the kindest people I know. It's such an honor to know you and work with you, Christine. THANK YOU for ALL that you do, everyday, for Voyager, for AF, and for this world. -Arliea

Jane --- what a pleasure it has been to be on this journey with you the last three years. I remember chatting with you during one of your first months in the role when it was a summer afternoon, you did NOT need to be working, but we were sorting through annual due dates - including the ones that were already past due - because you knew it would better set you up down the line. And now look at the level of work you've moved Special Services to -- CSTs that provided data-driven intervention for students, Multiple arcs of Specialized Instruction PDs and observations, YOY reading growth for SWDs because of targeted intervention placement and data analysis... WOW. The strengths of VOMS are a reflection of your vision, care, thoughtfulness and dedication. Your families and students are so lucky to have you! THANK YOU, JANE!!! - Caitlin

You have led a school for two of the most historical and challenging years in education, and always done it with such grace, care, and persistence. Every success that VOMS has is a reflection of you and all you bring to this role. THANK YOU THANK YOU! - Caitlin

You have done a ton to make math instruction strong at Voyager, and it is showing up in your team's commitment to kids and in the fact that their kids are learning more now than they were before, despite some pretty daunting challenges right now. You have pushed for student-centered discourse that values student ideas, you have pushed teachers to differentiate according to individual kids' needs, and above all, you have continued to step in and model what it looks like to truly respect kids' intellects by having their ideas take center stage.
It has been a lot of fun getting to work with you, and I hope you take a few moments to step back and feel good about the work you're doing. Have a great week!
- Robert

Working with you and coaching you this year has been one of the greatest experiences of my career. You have taught me so much and pushed my thinking in a million ways; few leaders put as much time and thought into their educational approach as you do and you have become an incredible educator. You have now leveraged all of that to develop a strong history team at Voyager and your impact is being felt throughout the network.
BUT - perhaps even more incredible than all of the accomplishments is the joy you bring to everything you do. Our coaching meetings are a real highlight for me and I somehow always walk away from a conversation with you feeling just a bit brighter than before! Your generosity is unmatched and I so appreciate how much you just want everyone to be a little bit better.

As you always say, never a dull moment!
-Tina

You provided and continue to provide a lot of selfless help and guidance. Although the year has been difficult, it was full of heartwarming moments: and bright spots across your school. It is during difficult times where we know what leaders are made of; you remained an example of positivity, clear long-term thinking, and rational action, throughout the ups and downs. I am very lucky to have you on my team and I look forward to finishing a strong year with you at the helm. - Khush
