You have pushed for student-centered discourse that values student ideas, you have pushed teachers to differentiate according to individual kids' needs, and above all, you have continued to step in and model what it looks like to truly respect kids' intellects by having their ideas take center stage.

BUT - perhaps even more incredible than all of the accomplishments is the joy you bring to everything you do.  Our coaching meetings are a real highlight for me and I somehow always walk away from a conversation with you feeling just a bit brighter than before!  Your generosity is unmatched and I so appreciate how much you just want everyone to be a little bit better.
