Entire Book: Ordinary situations or aspects of life do not always have the expected causes or effects.
Chapter 2: Both real estate agents and the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) incite fear through their informational advantage in order to gain power over others.
Connection: Few people tie the KKK and real estate agents together in their minds; however, the similarities in their tactics are mind boggling. Understanding the strategies of the KKK allows the reader to correlate this informational imbalance to a real estate agent's strategies.
