Within OBM an example of a right relationship that is already in place is the friendships you make as soon as you interact with the people there. A great opportunity to create right relationships is through simple conversations with classmates. What I've done to help is that I try my best to not leave anyone behind, may it be a group conversation or eating lunch with friends, just any type of opportunity to avoid leaving someone behind.

Examples of right relationships within OBMC that is already in place are peer and teacher friendships and the relationship of each person with the school to the school itself to follow the school's rules and regulations such as wearing the right uniform each day. From my personal experience, I think that to create right relationships, a person could either be the one to make the first step in getting to know someone or it could be naturally formed once the person becomes your seatmate. Another is through interactive group works either online or offline, I think even though the students will not establish a very friendly relationship, at least they had a comfortable environment to share their thoughts and to feel welcome. Anything I have done or could do to help is to try and talk to anyone even just by asking a question or saying hi, you might actually make a person's day better.

Within the school, the relationship of the students to the teachers are greatly emphasized. Teachers are incredibly and feel more like smarter students than they do as traditional teachers. They manage to connect with their students and always do their best to help one another. Some opportunities to make the right relationships are definitely between students. The students tend to be very friendly to one another but due to everyone having their own opinions and ideas, we tend to shun some of the opinions of other people. I think some discussions amongst people with different ideas would be great. I think I can relate to different people pretty well and I could try to help by introducing these people to each other as a mutual friend. Aside from that, I could help teachers relate to some of the hardships of other students that way they can form even better relationships with one another.

Right relationships in our school can be emphasized through students getting along with each other, students respecting teachers and vice versa, and less conflict because of small issues (which need to be fixed in my case). Some opportunities to create right relationships normally take place during the first day of classes wherein we can get to know about each other, and also through group projects. I consider myself a very social person, and many of my friends use me as a bridge to meet many people and establish a good relationship towards them.

There are many right relationships made in school. It can be with people of different ages, classes, teachers, janitors, guards, librarians, front office, etc. It just takes initiative to approach, spread positive vibes to people whether its saying a "good morning", "hello", "have a great day". or even a "thank you" to start it up. A quick chat, a quick one for the person to check how they are doing. Right relationships can be made if we take an extra step to get to know a person and hopefully make their day. When I was grade 7, I knew a lot of people in my class but I wasn't close with all of them. I had come from a completely different environment and had to approach people to get comfortable and maybe "belong". That school year, before this pandemic was one of the most I've socialized with people because I was a new face to many of them and the other way around. From the extroverts and introverts, I was able to communicate with all of them and was able to create new friendships, relationships I never expected to have on my first day.
