My Attestation of Learning on How to become a Professional Teacher.

In teaching students to need someone to believe in them. They need a wiser and more professional to put stock in their potential. Set the bar high and then develop an environment where it’s okay to fail. This will motivate students to keep trying until they reach the expectation set for them. Effective teaching means that there are days when students will need emotional support more than a piece of information. Connecting to the students on an emotional level makes it more likely that they will listen to counsel and take advice to heart. Students need mentors as much as they need instructors.

The Philosophy of Education, the teacher as a professional, and the RA 4670 or Magna Carta for Public School Teachers are the three concepts that illuminate my route to becoming a teacher. First off, I concur with the Pragmatist theory that experience is the best teacher. Progressiveness raises the concept that experiments should be used to test education and that learning is based on questions created by the students. The importance of the school actively preparing pupils for change is emphasized by the progressive approach. Essentialists raise the issue of the educational objective. They think that receiving a decent education should help one pass on their cultural heritage and shape them into responsible citizens. Humanism focuses on fostering a person's inherent goodness, which is one of the attributes that the teacher emphasizes. My philosophical stance is supported by a variety of ideas. In the philosophy of education, I discovered that students should have hands-on experience throughout instruction. The curriculum should cover the fundamentals, and the rest of the students' schedules should be filled with whatever else they find interesting. Teaching should not be student-centered or teacher-centered. I believe it should be a combination of both. There should be a median somewhere.
Second, being a professional teacher involves far more than just being "excellent" at what you do. Recognizing teachers and school administrators as "professionals" entails holding them to high standards. As a prospective teacher, I discovered that it's important to think imaginatively about how to address issues in the classroom as well as efficiently perform work and try to develop one's skills. However, I thought that we should treat teachers and school administrators like professionals if we want them to act professionally.
Thirdly, The Magna Carta for Public School Teachers" was passed into law to give our public school teachers professional rights and protections in light of the demands and degree of difficulty of the practice of their profession. I should be informed of and understand my rights as a teacher as a prospective teacher. to be aware of one's commitments and duties and, if necessary, to defend one's rights. Magna Carta for Teachers addresses both teacher credentials and rights. The importance of qualifications to me stems from the fact that we cannot practice our profession if we are not completely prepared to handle the responsibilities of a teacher.

An acronym poem in the Teaching Profession that has a sincere implication in the pedagogy.

T- They are what makes our world full of aspiring people.
E- Enthusiasm in shaping students' prosperity.
A- Advocate for changing the world into a better place.
C- Committed to transforming the classroom into a home of learning.
H- Highly determined in preparing students as informed and engaged citizens.
I- Integrity in their pledges to teach and guide learners.
N- Nurturing the knowledge and skills of the students.
G- Great teachers give their students roots and wings.

P- Play an important role in making a child realize their dreams.
R- Responsible for providing a nation with professionals and educated individuals.
O- Objective to impart knowledge and wisdom.
F- Facilitate best skills such as communication, compassion, and presentation.
E- Empower them to do well, and keep their academic goals on track.
S- Skillful in making the students learning into a fun yet exciting lessons.
S- Smart in dealing with the school systems.
I- Inspiration and a role model to children, offer guidance and dedication.
O- Obtainable effective communication for effective proficiency.
N- Notable mission of the teacher is to make the students professionals in the future.

I’m eternally grateful to my teaching profession professor, Mr. Corales, you opened my eyes to what I could accomplish and become in ways that I would never have thought possible. I was only a simple dreamer from a small town, and it was all I knew. I could have been contented with that, but you made me want to see what lay beyond the fields I knew, and for that, I am forever grateful.

OPEN THE DOOR OF
OPPORTUNITY TO PURSUE THE WAY TO VICTORY
