We were learning how to multiply. I couldn't understand what we were learning, but I couldn't ask for help since I was a really shy kid. When my favorite teacher passed out worksheets I wouldn't finish because I couldn't understand it.

We were learning how to make our autobiography. When I needed inspiration on the project I couldn't ask for help because Mrs. Theodorou was scary, I didn't feel comfortable asking for help from her, and she would yell at us for multiple reasons—for example not focusing on class, eating food, talking during class, etc.

This relates to the theme because even if I was scared of the teacher I still should have asked my friends for help or had them ask the teacher for me.

It was a sunny, hot day. I was in social studies class which really benefited me because everyone was coming back in person. Which helped me start being more comfortable with myself and talking to other people. In addition, it helped me boost my confidence in asking for help and helped me gain some friends. Which really helped me pass all my classes.
