Logistic management includes coordination and collaboration with supply chain partners, namely suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. Supply chain management effectively integrates supply and demand management within and across companies.

In today's world, companies are working worldwide and globally. A lot of production sites are located, oversized or heavy types of equipment have to be transported across continents. For this, every project needs to be planned individually. As all the projects that we deal are unique and it has its challenges. It commences with the feasibility study stage of the project. Understanding the transport routes, accessibility to the site, rail carry capacities, etc can help to design the right approach.   • Environmental Considerations: Your logistics provider will need to apply for transport permits from local, state governments for any environmental regulation that needs to be followed. So you get the permit certificate for the same.

  • Risk Management: It is necessary to identify the potential risk of the project and manage the impact. Poor communication can cause delay of the project and additional costs.

  • Communication: You must get the clarifications about the project head, the person who is the point of contact for specific cargo or paperwork, and the person who you need to meet when arriving on site.
