Value of a tool for the self-assessment of technology-enhanced teaching to teachers and schools.
I think this a very important and useful, but it is very important to know the real culture of your own workers, and we have to understand that, if this tool is not easy and useful to them, this will provoque frustration and oposition. We have to take care on it. Teacher are not, in general, great technology users. If we let the computer experts working alone, it will be a disaster. Easy and useful!!!!

I understand when people who use a lot of technology says that this is amazing and very useful, but be careful... for who? Pupils are experts in social media, not in technology, and this is something that we have to understand. They like what they use, not what we tell them to use. And of course, not everything can be gamified.

It's important that we help our students become responsible ICT users, as many nowadays connect digital appliances only to "killing time" in a fun way, their brains switched off. In fact, they believe they are experts in ICT, but social media and gaming is not really it.

I find that the way digital equipment will be used globally, as well as at our school, will be fundamentally changed. If it was sometimes intended to enrich the lesson and its purpose was to make individual themes more explicit, it served only as a complement to the prevailing teaching practice; now programs are becoming the bearers of teaching.
I believe that one of the courses are programs that allow for the formal monitoring of knowledge, which means continuous information to the teacher and the student, where the student came to learn (comparison with oneself).
Of course, in my opinion, however, with some reservations, we also welcome programs for the summative evaluation of knowledge, which should tell the pupil where it is in relation to the other pupils.

I would expect this tool to help me use the ICTs as a mean to reach an end, which is to make the learning process as appealing as possible to my students. It would be also importante to choose the best ICT tools, as it might be very easy to get lost on them.

It's fundamental for the teacher in the digital era to know if the implementation of digital tools in everyday lesson has the expected results. A tool like TET-SAT could provide the answers teacher needs.

I think this tool will help me a lot. I work as a ICT tutor four hours per week trying to help other teachers to use technology in their classes. The biggest problem is the difficulty of choosing right app/equipment for the purpose. There is so many! And we are getting them more and more all the time! Teachers are getting frustrated: first we learn this and then someone says that it's no-good anymore so let's chance to this one. And then they have to use their own time to learn how to use it. Maybe this tool will help me to suggest the right tool straight away.

I personally hope to be able to somehow organize all the available online tools created for the purpose of teaching. I think there are many great ways to enhance teaching through ICT, but it is important to know exactly what we need and what we want to do with our students when using ICT.
Besides, it is clear that nowadays students get easilier motivated when using new technologies in class, but as I said, teachers must select very carefully the tools.

I hope that this tool can allow the identification of the level of proficiency in the use of ICTs in teaching-learning processes and, in this way, detect any gaps, which in turn will allow the definition of appropriate strategies for their supression. Schools and teachers could, for example, identify areas where they need training to improve or acquire the skills they lack. The correct identification of skills can also lead to the introduction of innovative and more appropriate and stimulating teaching methods for 21st century students.

The more important thing in learning is to know that you should learn , the topis of your weakness. TET-SAT finds exactly where you need to be improved accordind to your knowledge about ICT so you can easily focus on practicing certain areas. It is certainly more than usefull.
