Planting a seed, caring for it, and watching it grow builds patience, responsibility and a strong sense of achievement.</p><p><br/></p><p>Working with soil, plants and seeds can help students develop self regulation skills, teamwork and social skills and a deeper appreciation for the natural cycles that sustain us while strengthening both personal wellbeing and their sense of belonging to the world around them.</p>]]></description>
