Overview: Using the Makerspace, students whose learning style tends more towards hand-on will complete their Jeffco Generations skills by designing, creating, and building.
Examples:
A student is preparing to graduate, but is missing her Critical and Creative Thinking skill. She could design and build a project in order to solve a problem or fill a need.
Two or more students lacking the Collaboration skill could team up to solve a problem and build a project together.
A soon-to-be graduate is lacking the Self-Direction & Personal Responsibility skill. He will use the tools and resources in the Makerspace to design and develop a product to be marketed and distributed.
The Makerspace could be an ancillary part of the Graduation Team, or a peripheral part of any of the PBL teams.

Peth, Saiz
