You can do it yourself with a smart phone or tablet. If you have PERMISSION, download a stop motion app - I like the one called "Stop Motion Studio", it's the one used in this video. It's very easy to use -  4th -6th graders, you'll be able to start right away once you come up with an idea and gather your supplies. You can do animation with ANYTHING! Action figures, clay, food, clothing, the possibilities are endless.
