For fun and to ease stress I enjoy drawing and painting. I am a home-based nail tech and it’s definitely a never ending learning process. I get better everyday. Someone I really admire would be Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, otherwise known as AOC. My name is Jazzlyn but I go by Jaz for fun I enjoy off-roading, cars, getting dirty and shopping. One thing I'm striving to get better at being is being more open minded to new people (I tend to be very closed off). I don't have one person I admire but two , both of my brothers (18 PVT & 23 SRGT ) are both active duty soldiers right now and are planning to get sent overseas. I am a part-time student and I work full time in a health care setting, What I like to do for fun is self-care, spend time with my love ones (it's a must), go outside and explore what Mother Earth can offer, catch up with friends and eat. I am striving to become a a better version of myself. The person that I admire the most is my doctor her name is Theresa Hadlock. She is a facial reconstructive surgeon for certain population that does have facial paralysis both congenital or due to trauma. She and her team introduced me on how science and data can contribute to society. especially the ones that we don't expect that needs more attention. And amongst that she is one of the first female physician scientist who became the director of one the best facial nerve clinics in the US. Who run the world girls! :) And whenever I met people I try to appreciate them more because everyone of us is unique and we can learn a thing or two from each other that is why diversity and inclusivity really matters.
