This pandemic is the number one reason that stresses me out since everything that we do is limited. I can't see my family and friends more often. Also, when my kids fight. These are the main factors that give stress to me nowadays.

I stressed everytime i saw/read news about new variants of covid 19 specially (delta variant).. i cant stop thingking how many years or months we need to stay inside our house.

since the pandemic started I have been stressed because we have to leave our habits and get used to the new normal. it stresses me out because it's hard to study in our current situation.

I get stress when my mind can't stop thinking about things, like some random stuffs because i can’t complete my sleep and I can’t sleep properly, my thoughts keep bother me.

What trigger my stress is when we are always financially dificents,especially now that there is a pandemic l, I always think about where, how,who will get the expenses because my dad doesn't have a stable job and there are only four of us at home,grandpa,grandma, and my sister beause dad is far away from us so as I get older I feel all yhe responsibility is on me .

Pandemic is the most stressful you dont even know if the you sorrpunded by are infectedor not virus is every where. Experts say that the new delta variant was spreeding right now. My mother is 78 years old now. Always stay in our home for now also my nepnew it is very easy to get the virus so all have to do is always stay at home. Only one member of my family is always to go out to buy our needs and few member of my family got vaccinated
