For my teachers - when teacher asks for volunteer, I can volunteer myself to hep them to take care of my juniors and peers.

For my friends - I can help them with tying the scarf for CCA and tell them when is CCA.

For my teachers, when they are not here, they can tell me what to do and I can tell others in my CCA what to do.

For my friends, if they are in my CCA and are sick, I can collect the work and give to tell them what to do when they come back. I can be a role model to my juniors.

I can help help my juniors by explaining to them the more difficult codes that may be the teacher shows as the solution that they might not understand.

I can help my teachers by helping my classmates and may be try to talk to my ... not as well behaved classmates to try and be better.

We can also encourage the younger ones to never give up when they face technical problems as I have faced many difficulties when I was younger.

Ask questions about things that some of our classmates might not understand.

For my teachers, I can help them when they feel stressed and give them quality work so that they would not get worried about our learning. Moreover, I can help them with the attendance so that they would not be too overloaded with work.

For my juniors, I can guide and encourage them when they need help. I can also be a role model and share my experiences with them to recount what I had gone through and how I overcame it.

I can promote InfoComm, such as making PowerPoint slides and presenting it in the school hall.

For my friends, I can help to deal with their struggles to my best abilities and encourage them not to give up.

For my juniors, I can be their friends to make them feel more at home / comfortable.

For my friends: If they are injured, I can help them use the first aid kit and make them feel better.

For my teachers: Help to setup the computer if the ICT monitor and help the teacher to carry things.

I can be a good role model for my juniors and advise them as well as remain positive so they would be comfortable coming to me for help.

I can motivate and encourage my friends and lend a helping hand when they need one.

For my friends: i can encourage them and correct them when they did something wrong, I can also get them to pay attention and to respect others.

For my teachers: i can help them to have less stressful task of trying to quite the children down and asking the children to get in line. I can also help them by leading the children up and down the stairs. I can also look after the younger children like the P3s.

For my friends: i can help by giving them advice and helping them remember their dance moves when they are absent.

For my teachers: i can help by helping them carry things and helping them lead the class up to the dance room.

For my teachers - help them to control the other Wushu members to make stuff easier for them. Cooperate with them for lesser scolding.

For my friends - put up fantastic performances for them to enjoy. Encourage them to join Wushu for P1 and P2.

For my juniors, I can help them if I get the chance to understand more about the game.

For my teachers, I can help them get ready in 2 straight lines before competitions so we can immediately go off by bus.

If my friends commit a foul, I can give a suggestion to help them not commit the same mistake.

Coach can give more strength training to those who have difficulty with shooting from a further range.

For my teachers - I can make them not shout and scold us by getting my peers ready when the coach let us.

For my peers - I encourage them when they are disappointed with themselves. I give them feedback on what they can improve. I would help them when they have challenges.

I can help my teachers to move things and look after the orchestra when there is no teachers there. I can work with my other CCA leader to get the orchestra ready before rehearsal.

I ensure attendance is taken consistently, not just as a routine task, but as a way to check in on every member’s well-being and presence. During breaks, I gently remind members to return on time, knowing that our time together is valuable and that discipline strengthens both our commitment and our harmony as a team.

Before performances—moments often filled with nervous energy—I make it a point to comfort anxious members with words of encouragement and a steady presence. I want them to know they are never alone on stage. I also assist the teachers by helping organize the formation, making sure every singerknows their position clearly, so we present ourselves as a confident, coordinated group.

Beyond logistics, I constantly seek ways to attract new members, believing that more hearts and voices in our choir mean greater potential for connection, creativity, and shared joy. I hope to leave behind not just a stronger choir, but a legacy of friendship, passion, and unity that lasts beyond each performance.
