A time I felt really happy, was when my son, Luka, was born. It was 2:00am on Friday, December 21. I was able to hold my baby, who I've carried in my belly for over 9 months. From that moment, I was finally able to see what he looked like, what color his hair was and that he was healthy. It was a new experience and although I was excited, I was also nervous. I thought to myself, "Wow, I have to take care of this boy and make sure he is healthy for years of his lfe!" That's a lot of responsibility, but I know I have to set a positive example in his life. I was also really happy because he was born on my husband's birthday. They have a special bond, and I am glad they will always share that special day together. Every time I am with my son, I treasure the moments we spend together and the memories we make together.
