There was one day Mary went for history class and there was a group activity that had to be completed in months time. However, due to her social anxiety, she couldn’t communicate well with her classmate.Hence, she had no one to group with.

The teacher then called out the left overs and grouped them together. However, she still couldn’t find her group of people and ended up being left out in the group.

As people were chattering away, she sat in the corner in silence which caught the teachers eye. The teacher then walked up to Mary and took her out of the classroom to talk to her one on one.

After a long conversation with the teacher, she then felt better and found her importance in the project and grew the confidence and courage to speak up.

One day Jane was sitting alone in in class for the millionth time. She was used to it by now as everyone judged her for making a mistake during a class presentation and tripping while walking up to the front of the class. There are now jokes going around on social media and videos of her tripping online.

Today she was recently made fun off during recess by Tom the class clown. Unbeknown to her, Tim was standing in the corner watching everything happen.

After much contemplation he finally decided to help her by telling the teacher when he saw her crying alone and thought that it would be good to go talk to her.

"Hey, I noticed Tom was annoying you just now. Are you okay?"

"No, not really it's been going on for quite a while now and never really had the courage to tell the teacher about it because I think they will make fun of me more after that."

"Oh...don't you think the teacher can help you by providing a listening ear at least"

"Yea but still, I'm too scared to tell her."

Afterwards Tom thought that it was not good for Jane's mental health and wanted to help her. So, after much consideration, he decided to tell the teacher.

When the teacher was notified, she had a long talk to the class on the impact and consequences of cyberbullying and praised Tim for being able to tell her about the situation and for his moral courage. When the bullying finally stopped Jane slowly got better and managed to thank him for sticking up for her.
