Are there specialized roles for participants? Who is present? What actions to they perform?

As I was watching the church service, I did notice that there are specialized roles. It doesn't seem like this specific church service that I was watching started from the complete beginning of the service. However, there was only one role that I observed which was that of the Bishop. I dug a little deeper and did some more research on the churches youtube page and found a video of a choir singing lead by a head singer who is told to be a Minister. The Bishop served as the head of the church, preaching and teaching the word of God to the congregation using the bible. In the video below, I observed the minister singing along with the choir.

What is the organization of the religious meeting? Are there specific parts to it? What,if any, texts and music are used?

I am not able to tell of the organization for the meeting because I do not believe that the videos are taken in its entirety. I was only able to dig up the second video through more research. I predict that the worship song sang by the minister and choir is done before the teaching of the Bishop. In that case , the organization of the meeting might go in this order: Praise and worship, the bishops teachings, and the end of the religious meeting. The bishop uses the bible as their text and often asks the congregation to turn to the scriptures. There then is a reader that has a microphone and he reads the scripture aloud.

Relate your observations to what we read in the “What Religions Do” section of our textbook (pp. 10-22). Be specific, and offer citations from our reading for support here

Christianity is the belief in one God. Therefore this means that Christianity is monotheistic. The bishop I observed mentioned many scriptures from their bible.
Revelation is defined on page 13 of our textbook saying, " the expression of the divine will..." (Brodd, 2019). As the bishop was teaching I took notes. He mentioned the word revelation saying, "If we don't allow the Holy Spirit to guide us by revelation we will move into a lot of errors... Most of the time, I get a break through when the lord by revelation takes me behind the scenes". This explains one of two things to me.
1. The first one explains that revelation is something revealed by their God. Their God can reveal something to them to explain a situation further.
2. The second one showed me more about the trinity. He mentions the Holy Spirit and it reminded me of trinity. How christians have three in one. God the father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit. The bishop said "allow the holy spirit to guide us". I'm guessing that the trinity each have different roles and functions that they can complete.

Page 13 in our textbook asks two questions and the second video I attached seems to answer the questions based on the christian religion.
1. What is Our Ultimate Purpose?
2. How Should We Live in This World?

Their ultimate purpose is to not only follow the ten commandments but to live by faith, read and meditate on their bible and do Gods will for their life. Failure to do so can result in hell as Christians believe heaven and hell is real. If you do what's right and live by Gods word then you will be in heaven. If you do what's wrong and not of God you will go to hell.
Page 16 of our textbook says, "Other religions, for example, Christianity and Islam, teach that individuals are destined for some sort of afterlife, usually a version of heaven or of hell" (Brodd, 2019)
I noticed that the bishop referred three scriptures to the congregation to give back up on the ultimate purpose and heaven and hell!

Matthew 7: 21 - "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

Romans 12: 1-2 - "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Psalms 1:1 - "Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers."

The bishop answers the second question very well. He says that Christians should live their life by walking in faith. He says, "God demands us that we live life by faith, but the only way to live by it is to have it. You can only receive it by hearing Gods word. Faith causes us to be pleasing or displeasing to God.... Feed yourself with the word of God and let it cleanse you!"

Page 21 of our textbook says, "Even common practices such as prayer and meditation involve an inner aspect that is inaccessible to anyone who is not sharing the experience" (Brodd, 2019). One of Christians practice is called Tithes and Offerings. The bishop said that if you are not a tither there is nothing God can do to help you when the devourer comes to devourer your finances. The only thing that stops the devourer is not praying and fasting, but it is the obedience of paying your tithes and giving offering.

For the most part, Christians are allowed to pray how they want. There is the Lord's prayer but that is not the only prayer. They can say other prayers and speak to God freely from their heart. The bishop in the first video said a quick prayer before getting into his message. He told the congregation to repeat after him and the prayer stated:
"In the name of Jesus, by divine authority
I break loose from the demons of my bloodline
I break free from the curse of my ancestors
And in the name of Jesus I break free from the yoke of my bloodline
I loose myself from my fathers demon, from my mothers demon
from my fathers yoke, from my mothers yoke
from my fathers curse, from my mothers curse
I break free right now in the name of Jesus
I command the adversary to take your hands off me right now
Take your hands off my body
Take your hands off my family
Take your hands off my finances
Take your hands off my children
Take your hands off my loved ones
Satan by the power of Jesus name
Take your hands off right now!
Take your hands off this house
Take your hands off the atmosphere
HANDS OFF!
In Jesus Name!"

During there singing, I also noticed two men in a red attire baptizing people. Relating this back to our textbook page 61 says, "Baptism can take the form of complete immersion in water or a sprinkling of water on one’s head. However it is performed, the priest or minister always follows the instruction of Christ to baptize “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19)" (Brodd, 2019). So, the two men in red are ministers.

Our God! And if our God is for us then who could ever stop us. And if our God is with us than what can stand against". They don't use the word Gods so this definitely shows how they are monotheistic. Only serve one God whom they praise and hold at extremely high standards.

I'm glad that I clicked on this service because it seems to give me more answers and enhance more to my observation. One major problem however, is that I'm not sure where the congregation is but I am assuming that they are not allowed to meet just like everyone else because of corona. So this service only shows the bishop teaching.
