         <description><![CDATA[<div>If a kid donsent know what a period is, then they most likely have not gotten it yet. With that I would confirm with parents that their child has not had a MP cycle yet. Even then this wouldnt be  a hard confirmation of no pregnancy but it would avoid the akward health class convo with a minor before their exam.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I would ask something along the lines of &quot;do you still have your internal reproductive organs?&quot; If the answer is yes I would let my patient know the importance of my questions, and why I am asking them. I would then ask the patient if there is any possibility of pregnancy, and explain again why I am asking this question; as to not embarrass her, but to make sure she is safe</title>
