Yes it was very helpful, I learned more about how I love other, how I'm being raised. I also learned more about other people such as personality types.

What were your key takeaways from the subject?

My key takeaway is that, we shouldn't judge people for their traits because it can all be traced back to how they were raised, or who they surround themselves with. Everyone is different, everyone has different personalities.

What two topics were your favorites and why?

My favorite topics were love styles and parenting style. It taught me the way people love another and how parents treat their children. It taught me the correct way to love and how to deal with love.
