         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Maybe due to medical condition eg&nbsp; diabetic or allergy (G6PD) one might not be able to do cupping or topical herbal medication.<br>2) On my own, I will do acupressure and stretching to relief immediate pain or discomfort as the steps are simple to follow.</div>]]></description>

Another limitation is that everyone may have different health conditions, it is still good to find a professional TCM for treatment than try it ourselves</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) The limitations could be not having the right knowledge or expertise. Like for an example for Moxibustion which is a form of heat therapy, not been able to get the right dried plants materials. Similarly, I've read that for cupping it can cause bruising which may lead to skin infection. Also, you may need someone to help to do it for you.&nbsp;<br>2) For myself, to relieve myself from neck pains (which i get often), I can try stretching and acupressure as they can be followed easily, with not much things to prepare.<br><br></div>]]></description>
