Hi I am Lucas, I´m 11 years old and i live in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
My favourite green city is Copenhagen, denamrk becuse I think that the idea to recycle bottles and get money for it is very good! And is the most green citys in the world!
I think Buenos Aires is a green city becuase we recycle some bottles, cans, plastics, etc... But we don´t recycle a lot! However, we are a clean city! Some people recycle batteries and have a club or community, in general, the names are ECO HOUSE, CLEANING THE WORLD OR ECO SYSTEM.
The negative things about Buenos Aires is that it is very eco friendly (green city), beucause is some parts there are a lot wate and different toxic things.
In my house I recycle a lot! papers, plastics, bottles, etc... also i collect tops! because in my school they nare collecting tops for the dogs!
I didn´t use to recycle but now i recycle a lot because the world is very contaminated and it is very bad for us and the animals!
Some people didn´t recycle and this is very bad but i think, in the future, all peolple will recycle. However, the planet now is very bad and it will be difficult to put in the right way.
The top 10 cities most green in the world are: Reykjavik, Vancouver, Helsinski, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen (all these cities are in order).
For example in Copenhagen there are 24% OFF food organic produce! You can recive money recycling!
BUT... Buenos Aires is not very green city.
Here doesn´t exist money recycling and we are a lot of peole so is difficult that all the people recycle!

Hello children, how are you? I hope you´re fine. My name is Nicolás, I am 11 years old and I live in Argentina, in the province of Buenos Aires.
My favourite green city is Slockholm, Sweden, because it recycles 99% of solid waste, it produces bio-fuel and most hotels are eco-friendly, and these things are very good.
I think that in the case of Buenos Aires , it´s a green city in many aspects. For example there are a lot of trees, we stopped using plastic staws, we use two bins to separate the trash in recyclable and non recyclable, and in addition we have places to leave the recyclable waste and the oil.
However, we have a lot of things to improve. For example, I think we could prohibit the plastic bags and the bottles; we could use more solar panels; we could produce bio-fuel, and we could use eletric cars. Also, It´s a good idea to use more bikes, purifiers so that the dirty water doesn´t get to the river and to prohibit the dodmen from cleaning the streets with soap and water.
At home we usually separate the trash in recyclable and non recyclable and we have take care of many plants. In the past I used to waste a lot of water but now I do everything to save even the smallets drop. We also don´t throw the oil in the sink.
It´s a great idea to reuse all the things that we can. Finlly, I think it´s useful to turn off the lights when we don´t need them for save energy.

Personally, my favourite "green" city is Vancouver in Canada, beacuse it has beautiful sights and they do sustantable actions. For example, use bikes, take care of green spaces and promote local food production. I think Buenos Aires is somehow green, beacuse of the green spots, the canvas bags in the supermarket, the love bottles and the paper or metal strow. However, we also produce a lot of garbage and use much energy. I think we could, install solar panels, use more the bike, if you recycle bottles and cans you could get money and the hotels waste less, energy, food and water.
At home we usually turn off the lights when we aren´t in the room, we separate the trash and we save the water. But, when I was little we didn´t use to do those things and more.

My favourite green city is San Francisco California, because is cleaner than Buenos Aires, and they prohibited the use of plastic bags and bottles. One positive aspect of Buenos Aires is that it has a lot of green parks and it has many countrysides. However, some negative aspects of Buenos Aires is that is not very clean, the people don´t pick up the waste, there is a lot of plastic waste on the street, etc. At home we separate the recycling things and the not recycling things. My favourite green city is San Francisco, California because San Francisco reduces and recycles 8o% of waste and bans the use of plastic bags and bottles. I think Buenos Aires is a green city because it has more parks, more rubbish bins, cycling paths and eco-parks. But the negative aspects are that there is a lot of waste and people don´t throw the waste in the correct rubbish bins. I think the city can improve if we use the public transport more and throw away the rubbish in the correct bin. At home, we turn off the lights and use less water. We also have two rubbish bins, a green one and black one. In the past we used to use sprays, but now we don´t use them anymore.

Welcome to our blog. Hello my name is Facundo, I am 11 years old, I live in Buenos Aires(C.A.B.A.).
My favorite green city is Stockholm, in Sweden, because recycle 99% the waste solid, 80% the hotels are eco-friendly they production bio- fuel and I think it´s a great idea.
The city were I live I think it is really green because the people take care of the environment, I like the fact that my city hires companies to collect garbage and clean the streets especially collecting plastic.
However, in Buenos Aires there are a lot of fuel cars, I think we could used more electric cars. A lot of people don´t want to recycle because they don´t care about the environment, that is a thing, as a society, we must change as soon as posible.
At home, we usually pull apart the waste from what needs to be recycle, in the past we used plastic bags, but now we used clothbags and it´s a great idea to buy food with bags that can be reuse and recycle.

Hello guys I’m Isabella, and I’m 10 years old; I live in Argentina. First, I want to talk about the environment.
My favorite city of the world is San Francisco. It’s in the top ten most green city in the world. It recycles 80% of waste and it is prohibited to use plastic bags and plastic bottles, and it has got beautiful places, too!!! Our country (Argentina) has got positive things, too!!
However, all countries have bad things. In our case is that people don’t recycle and don’t reuse. Also, we don’t put the waste in the correct bin . I think we can improve recycling and reusing all things.
At home my family and I recycle and reuse approximately 58% of our waste. For example, we reuse the plastic bottles, all types of bags and the clothes that we don’t use. In the flat we have got two types of bins: one for the recycle and the other for the waste. The last year we used to put all the waste in the same bin, but now we sort the waste in two bins. One of the waste that we can recycle ( for example, plastic bottles and papers) and the other for the waste that we can’t recycle ( the rest of the food )

Hello!! Welcome to my blog. My name is Moira and I am 11 years old. I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Let's get started!. My favourite city is San Francisco, California (U.S) because they prohibited the use of plastic bags and bottles and recycle 80% of their waste.
I think my city is really green because It's has many green places, many people don't use plastic bags and sometimes the people recycle ther plastic bottles to do loves bottles. However, Buenos Aires has a lot of plastic in the street or in the sea!, many people do not separate the waste and they use plastic straw.
I think that Buenos Aires can improve if we help all together, if we don't throw waste in the street, in the sea, etc, if we recycle plastic, metal, batteries and paper and if we take care with the animals.
At home, I usually separate the waste, I do love bottles, I turn off the lights, I turn off the bathroom tap, I don't use plastic bottles, I recycle the plastic box to paint, and I don't use plastic bags.
In the past we used to buy plastic bottles but now we fill It. Also we didn´t used to separate the waste but now we do, and we used to have only one bin but now we have two, one green for recycle and one black for the other waste.

First we are going to talk about my favorite green city. My favorite green city is Berlin, London. I like it because in Berlin the people grow their food and use solar panels. Also Berlin has electric cars.

I think that Buenos Aires is a green city because in the parks there are recycling points and in the supermarket and in the shops sometimes they give you a cloth bag!

However, Buenos Aires has negative points… In the streets there is a lot of trash, paper, boxes and plastic on the floor. Buenos Aires don´t have electric cars and the use of solar panels is not very well known.

Now I am going to talk about how I help the environment in my house. I always recycle boxes, plastic and paper because in the school we have projects in art and in the robotics class we need boxes or something like that.

I think Buenos Aires is a green city because we use metal and paper straws and recycle sometimes. However, the negative aspects are: People throw away the trash on the street, there is much contaminaton from Buenos Aires.
We can recycle more, we cn put the trash and paper in diferents bins.

Hello readers, I´m Thomas, I´m 11 years old and I live in Buenos Aires.

I love green countries. One of them is Canada. I like it because their citizen recycle all their garbage and they don't use plastic bags. Ottawa is my favourite city because it is developing a "Solid Waste Master Plan". There will be a limit to the number of garbage bags collected from each house, and anything extra requires a purchased garbage tag. Households will use clear garbage bags, and they will not be collected if there is anthing organic or recyclable found inside.

I think Buenos Aires has its positive things about nature. There are lots of parks with bins around the street that helps the enviroment. There are bikes absolute free to use during the weekdays.

However, the negative points are there is too much smoke from cars and factories, too much waste. We could put more recycle points to help to organize better the waste.

In the past, my parents used to throw away the cans. Now, they recycle them to make plant pots. My grandma used to smoke a lot but now she give up smoking.

My favorite green city is Portland Oregon because in this city its prohibited to use the plastic bags. They recycle and reuse half of the waste and the 25% of workers use bikes, carpool or public transport.
I think my city is quite green because we use bikes, carpool or public transport. Also in the restrurants they don't use plastic straws, and there are ecological points. It's a good idea to have more solar panel's, not to use a plastic bags and botles and to produce more organic food and envelops?
