Many challenges and problems need to be overcome to meet SDG 6's objectives for clean water and sanitation. Many variables, such as geographical differences, a lack of money, issues with the infrastructure, and obstacles to accessing different populations, could give birth to these problems.

1-Lack of Infrastructure: In many areas, there is little or no clean water and sanitation infrastructure. It also means that the infrastructure necessary for waste management and water supply has to be developed and maintained.

2-Water Pollution: A decrease in the quantity of drinkable water resources can result from pollution of water resources. Pesticides, home garbage, and industrial waste are a few examples of some of the things that can contaminate the supply of water, resulting in harmful water use and problems with the environment.
