Each shape represents the numbers one or five in many ways. The attributes of size, color and design are all different. Image A shows the numeral 5 in black on a large die, image B, shows a design of one dot, representing 1, on a large die. Image C is a small die, with black dots, representing 5 and image D is blue with white dots, also representing 5.
