In Germany students on average attend school for 16.5 years, compared to Madagascar where students attend for 10.3 years. this shows that Germany promotes higher education and a educated workforce. In Madagascar the economy is mostly agriculture so many children do not receive much post secondary education.

In Germany imports and exports make up 85.3% of the GDP while in Madagascar it is 73.1% this shows that these countries rely on importing and exporting goods and Madagascar does most of their exporting of food where in Germany it is mostly industrial products.

In Germany the workforce is made up 70.2% services and 1.5% agriculture compared to 15.8% services and 80.4% agriculture in Madagascar. Madagascar would be more venerable in the event of an economic disaster, due to the low number of people working in the service industry. this could be the same for Germany due to their low number of agricultural workers. 

The GDP per capita in Germany is $43,206.70, in Madagascar it is only $1,368.60 this is because Madagascar economy is driven by agriculture and most of it is done for subsistence, in Germany their economy is driven by services and allows more money to be made and put into the economy. 

In Germany their economy is growing at a slow and steady rate which is similar to most other countries who are developed because their economy is stable, in Madagascar it is growing slowly as well but at a much lower rate than Germany this means that Madagascar's economy is not helping its growth as a country but it is stable.

 How does the achievement of one of the economic goals impact/interfere with the success of other economic goals? Explain. 
Economic freedom will interfere with Economic Efficiency depending on the country's government, trading may be harder in some countries due to conflict, trade laws, and resources, when this happens economic efficiency is slowed down because the country can not make the most of what it has to offer available to the rest of the world.
