         <description><![CDATA[<div> <strong>"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but  upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." <br></strong>No ones home/property may be searched nor items be removed from a persons home/property unless their is a warrant for such think to be searched and or seized by a court. There needs to be a very good reason given as to why such property should be searched or seized before a court order can be given. I.E. something used to commit a crime or there is information in relation to national security etc.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."<br><br></strong>You do not have to testify when questioned if you have committed a crime but if you saw a crime occur you are required to tell what you saw. There needs to be a court order (or grand jury indictment) before a person must testify. No ones property may be just taken by law enforcement without giving the owner proper compensation. A person does not have to testify against themselves in court. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;-The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;-The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President-The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.<br></strong>Senators are limited to one presidential candidate instead of two because of ties in elections. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The District constituting the seat of Government of the United States shall appoint in such manner as the Congress may direct:</strong></div><div><strong>A number of electors of President and Vice President equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives in Congress to which the District would be entitled if it were a State, but in no event more than the least populous State; they shall be in addition to those appointed by the States, but they shall be considered, for the purposes of the election of President and Vice President, to be electors appointed by a State; and they shall meet in the District and perform such duties as provided by the twelfth article of amendment.<br></strong>This allows the residents of Washington D.C to vote in federal elections. </div>]]></description>
