How has your learning in this program benefited you as an ECE educator?

Since getting enrolled in ECE, I have learned a lot about different developmental domains, communication skills, and working around children. This helps me gain more knowledge of educational practices and social skills where I will get more career opportunities and experience working at different daycares (Rosa Lynn)

I have learned a lot for the past year made me understand different stages about infants and toddlers and 3-5 children. It’s amazing to watch babies to 5 year old that they learn of what they are shown to them.

This program benefit me to gain more experience on a career i have dreamt of since i was a child.

I will have knowledge and experience in upcoming job opportunities in the future.

When joining the ECE program, it has benefit me that learning about more policy’s and working in the daycare by observing different things they do, being more hands on when we have time to prep activities, differences of the schedule they have.

How has your learning in this program benefited you as an ECE educator?

I’ve learned how much in this ECE program that, I wished I’ve learned this before I became a Childcare giver back in 2019 when I worked at the Saipaaqivik Daycare. It benefit me to gain more experiences with the 5 development domains, and have more knowledge now with doing activities on planning
