         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Work Plan</strong></div><div>Attached is our 2018 –2019 CZ MHA Work Plan in Draft. It was our way of organizing and bringing focus to the work we do. It was always is in draft form. This is included as an example of the work.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Recently, there is a NSHA MHA HP system move to universal work plans including our colleagues in other zones.
