         <description><![CDATA[<p>Why do you get tired after running?</p><p>The classical theory to explain why we have to slow down during a hard run is that our leg muscles do not get enough oxygen&nbsp;therefore lactate builds up and further work becomes impossible. Although you might think scientists figured out a long time ago why muscles get tired, you would be mistaken.&nbsp; For decades, everyone thought that lactic acid, a byproduct of cells burning sugars to fuel muscles, was the cause of fatigue and muscle burn. You have to have proper nutrition. Endotoxaemia exhausts runners after a long run.</p>]]></description>

This is because it will not only increase your metabolism for hours after you have done it, but it will increase your metabolism for a while after. Another exercise to do to help improve fast weight loss and your health is sprint training because it will also boost your metabolism and it will keep you in great shape.
