         <description><![CDATA[<div>They wanted a strong leader that would make a difference. Of all the destruction of the war, they wanted a leader that would put thing back together. People who wanted the best for their country and it's survival. A dictator would get things done fast, keep the country safe and strong with a strong military.</div>]]></description>
