I chose this video because it seems like it would be helpful for those of you who have trouble getting enough sleep at night, or who are falling asleep during class. I like that he includes information about how much sleep we should be getting at night. According to one of the charts, students our age should be getting eight to ten hours of sleep per night. Thomas also goes into detail about the history and science of sleep, or the lack thereof. It gives more context into why we may have trouble sleeping. Overall, this is a great video because it offers various solutions to improve sleeping habits and energy levels.

I chose this video because I know a lot of students at our school either don't study, or they study very little for final exams. I like the advice given in this video. Thomas takes students through the entire process of creating a studying schedule - from knowing the date of each final, to the studying. He has experience in trying to balance work and study time, which means he knows the content. He's familiar with the problems faced when it comes to studying for finals. Lastly, he offers free resources like Google Calendar that most people have access to. Overall, the video seems like a great place to get information about time management.

I chose this video because I personally have trouble studying efficiently with a textbook. When I take notes, I basically write or highlight every word in the textbook. Thomas gives some great advice, ranging from why you should use a textbook to study, to how to improve you textbook reading habits. According to the video, motivation can influence your textbook studying habits. In order to help students, Thomas talks about a studying challenge he's doing, and how to time your reading.
