The child I observed is only 10 years old. But the child has held on to a lot of guilt due to being removed from parents and being adopted at the age of 9 years old. The hope for the child that I observed will be that he knows who he is, who he wants to be and what goals he has for himself. He states that he wants to be a cop and hopes to do that in the future.
