In addition to looking for nursing coverage (including SM nurses), I use it for Care Coordination staffing, Radiology hours, and staff absences. I also would prefer to see what management particularly for nursing may be on-sight or are they off- sight, as we need resource?
( I do understand we can always call them  but prefer to access while in clinic and seems prudent to know).
I often appreciate knowing care coordination and referral scheduling due to elderly patients and other pt’ needs for referrals, ie: trackers w/ weekend visits for ortho stuff to outside facilities etc.
 
I think tel # and admin stuff, can be in maybe references so as not to have too cluttered/streamline or more work for you / Diane whomever .
