Prokaryotic cell don't have nuclei and other organelles envelope with membrane.

Eukaryotic cell have internal membrane that distinguishes the cellular functions.

Prokaryotic cell and Eukaryotic cell share some similar organelles, such as ribosomes, plasma membrane, cell wall and flagella, while Eukaryotic cell have some unique organelles, including mitochondria, ER, Glogi apparatus.

1) Prokaryotic cells are smaller than eukaryotic cells. The size of prokaryotes are 0.1 to 5.0 micrometers. While the size of eukaryotes are 10 to 100 micrometers.

2) In prokaryotic cells, nucleus is not present, instead it just has nuclear envelop and pores. It is known as nucleolus.
True nucleus is present in eukaryotic cells.

3) In prokaryotic cells, DNA is embedded in nucleolus while in eukaryotes, DNA is present in chromosomes, which is stores inside the nucleus.

4) Cytosol is membrane bounded inside prokaryotic cells while in eukaryotes it is present between plasma membrane and nucleus. 

5) Distinguished membrane bound orgenelles are present in  eukaryotic cells. No such specific orgenelles are present in prokaryotic cells.

6) Cell wall and flagella is present in prokaryotes while it is absent in eukaryotic cells.
