         <description><![CDATA[<p>a.)  I anticipate the challenges that will arise out of the introduction of applying the concepts discussed as this is very important.  And so for this, I have to make myself knowledgeable so that I can practically explain and concretize its practical application in the field.  b.)  I envision that the principles discussed could fully be incorporated in the way our teachers do with classroom assignment in the face of difficulties teachers are still facing as it is a common observation that they are unable to arrive at congruent assessment with the very objective or learning competence that they discussed in the lesson.  c.)  The specific goals or milestone I would like to incorporate is making our colleagues fully embrace the integration of the 21st Century Skills in classroom assessment as we are quite late already.  To do it, we need to go back to the basics if necessary going back to the Classroom Assessment Resource Book DepEd has provided six years ago which we for the most part have not yet delved into.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I learned a lot of things when we revisited the classroom assessment (DO #8 s. 2015). As a school head we are the frontliner to assist our teachers in assessing pupils' performance. Assessment is the search for evidence of learning (Griffin, 2018). It should be reliable and directly observable. There are types of assessment discussed by the resource speaker such as summative assessment, formative assessment and diagnostic assessment which are significant to learning. BEST (Basic Education Transformation) Program has also mentioned. It is a book where there are contents that can help to the teachers such as: Introduction to Classroom Assessment, Assessment and Reading Methods and Feedback, Rubrics, The Teaching, Learning and Assessment, Assessment Samples for Different Key Stages. If we utilize these different learnings in the school, I think the quality of education and students' performance will be improved. Assessment is an essential part of learning because we can identify and determine where our learners are and what intervention can we do in our school to make our pupils develop holistically.</p>]]></description>

And I'll make sure my classroom is a nice place where everyone feels happy to learn.</p><p>(b) I'll use to make tests fair for everyone and not too hard. I'll also use different ways to see how well students understand, like projects or discussions, not just tests.</p><p>(c) Yes, I want to try new ways of testing each semester to see what works.
