These barriers include: <strong>source water protection, treatment, distribution system integrity, and public information</strong>.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>The Kyoto Protocol was adopted on December 11 1997 and it entered into force on February 16, 2005. </p></li><li><p>The Kyoto Protocol was the first international treaty to set legally binding targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions</p></li><li><p>Emissions would be cut by countries having a maximum carbon emission level.          <title>Clean Water Act (1972)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It was started in 1948 but was revised in 1972. </p><p><br></p><p>The CWA regulates water pollution by prohibiting the discharge of any pollutants from a point source. Pollutants can only be discharged if a facility is being monitored, has a permit, and they won't hurt the marine life or ecosystem.
