The witch hunt was a moment of time where many would be accused of witchcraft with little to no evidence and would be killed. These images are examples of the punishments the victims would endure and the people pointing at others as a witch. The image in the middle is from the play "The Crucible" written by Arthur Miller as a metaphor for government persecution of suspected communists during the mid 20th century.
