You as the admin can change the settings for comments. So it's possible to comment without logging in, you just need to leave your e-mail address and a name. Also, I just found an article that tells you how to make e-mail address and name optional: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-allow-users-to-post-anonymous-comments-in-wordpress/ (Don't know if spam could become a problem then?!)
