For language teaching , as a teacher ,you focus more on academic language and vocabulary , therefore should be taken into more consideration. Like making use of more comprehensible input and language output. Approach language teaching in different ways like audio listening as to how a certain word is pronounced and written. (50)

Teaching culture is one of the most hardest things, so as teachers ,we are going to practice cultural sensitivity and make sure that diversity is emphasized. Know every student and their cultures and acknowledge , respect different culture boundaries in class. Teach and guide students to well tolerate cultural conflicts. (50)

Make sure that any educational materials utilized do prevail gender in equal measures. Group boys  and girls together and let them get used to working in groups . Look into concepts of gender and roles from different viewpoints. Help students organize gender inclusive activities .Present curricular materials that contains gender stereotypic behavior. (50)
