 Die meisten Kinder und Jugendlichen kommen durch Freunde das erste Mal mit Alkohol in Berührung. Vor allem in der Pubertät ist es „cool“ Alkohol zu trinken. Ein weiterer kritischer Punkt sind die Eltern. Kinder von alkoholkranken Eltern sind durch die Vorbildwirkung stärker gefährdet mit Alkohol konfrontiert zu werden als andere und greifen deshalb bereits bei kleinen Problemen zur Flasche.

Die Kombination von Cannabis und MDMA führt zu einer Erhöhung der Herzfrequenz und des Blutdrucks.Zu schnelles Aufstehen kann in solchen Situationen zu kurzen Ohnmachtsanfällen führen (es wird einem schwarz vor den Augen) und es in der Folge dann leicht zu Stürzen kommen. 

Die Kombination von Crystal und Kokain kann zu plötzlichen ernsthaften Kreislaufproblemen führen. 

Ecstasy und Viagra:Es kann zu einer starken Belastung des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems kommen.
