The difference between the love story in Romeo and Juliet and the one in The Legend of Olaf is very obvious. In the first case we see two boys of two differents customs and traditions, infact their families are the two most important families of Verona and they are enemies. These two boys fall in love when they meet at a masquerade party, they get married secretly but they cannot live their happy life because Romeo has been sent away from Verona and to make him come back Juliet fakes his death. So we are talking about a deep and strong love.

In the Legend of Olaf there is the queen that considering the king went away for a war invites a knight to seduce her, but he feels he has to refuse because he is a knight and he has just to serve the king and not to do something else with his wife.

The next day the king came back from the war and the queen, very angry goes immideatly to tell him that the knight has been disrespectful with her and tells him to sent hima way. The king obeys and sent him away. The knight, very regreted for what happens, decide to kill himself.

In this situation we are talking about a real love but not corresponded.

Very good Michele!!!
