On Day 1, the " Youth & Environment" session with Sayar Ko Myo Myint Aung really connected the dots between young people's passion and the tangible impact of environmental efforts, especially in waste management. It highlighted how we can genuinely contribute to a greener future.

Day 2 was all about " Approaches to Effective Lesson Planning," and Tr Moh Moh Myint Zaw provided invaluable tools. I learned practical methods for structuring information and effectively sharing knowledge, which is crucial for empowering others in others in our communities.

Finally, Day 3 focused on " Plastic Pollution & Waste Management." Sayar Zin Myo Tun's expertise offered a comprehensive look at the challenges and solutions related to waste. His insights, drawn from diverse environmental initiatives, provided a clearer picture of gassrootes climate action.

Overall, this training truly delivered on its promise to " Learn Green, Live Green, Lead Green." I feel much more equipped with both the knowledge and the confidence to actively engage in environmental initiatives and share what I've learned with others.

မထမဆုံး Youth & Environment အကြောင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး‌အများကြီး‌လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ရပါတယ်ရှင့်။ဒီအတန်းချိန်လေးလေ့လာပြီးတဲ့နောက်မှာသိလာရတာက သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးမှာလူငယ်တွေကလည်းအဓိကအရေးပါ‌ပါတယ်။ လူငယ်တွေအနေနဲ့လည်းနောင်တစ်ချိန်မှာကြုံတွေ့ရနိုင်မဲ့ဘေးကိုကြိုတွေးပြီး သဘာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေကိုပါဝင်လုပ်ဆောင်ကြရမယ်။ဒီအချိန်မှာလူကြီးတွေအနေနဲ့က ရှေ့ကကိုယ်တွေလုပ်ခဲတဲ့အမှားအတွက် လူငယ်တွေကသူတို့ကြုံရမဲ့အရာကိုတွေပြီး ကြိုစားပြင်ဆင်ကြမှာကို အားပေးရမယ်။လူငယ်တွေရဲ့သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာဥပမာသရကတွေလဲအထင်အရှားရှိနေတာကြောင့် လူငယ်တွေရဲ့စည်းရုံးနိုင်စွမ်းနဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းတွေကလဲသဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေကို ပိုပြီးအကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိစေပါတယ်။ဒါကြောင့်အခုလို လူသားတွေရဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေကြောင့်ယိုယွင်းပျက်စီးပြီးဖောက်ပြန်လာတဲ့သဘာဝပန်ဝန်းကျင်ကို လူသားတွေကိုယ်တိုင်ကသာလျှင်ပြန်လည်ထိန်းနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ကျွန်တော်တို့ကိုယ်တိုင်ကစပြီးတတ်နိုင်သလောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရင်း ကိုယ့်နားကလူငယ်တွေက်ိုလဲသင်ပြထောက်ပံ့ရင်းမိမိတို့တတ်နိုင်သလောက်သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုကာကွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းသွားရမှာဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလဲသိလာရစေပါတယ်ရှင့်။အခုလိုအကြောင်းအရာတွေကိုယူဆောင်လာပြီးကျွန်‌တော်တို့အသိပညာတိုးစေသောဆရာ Myo Myint Aungအားလဲကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်ရှင့်

ဒုတိယအနေနဲ့ Lesson Planning အကြောင်းအရာလေးကိုလည်းထပ်မံသိရှိခဲ့ရပါတယ်ရှင့်။ ‌အဓိကကတော့ဆရာဆရာမတွေအတွက်ပေါ့နော်အရမ်းကိုအသုံးဝင်သောလေးပါရှင့်။ကျောင်းသား/သူတွေကိုသင်ခန်းစာတစ်ခုသင်တဲ့အခါမှာ ကျောင်းသား/သူတွေနားလည်ဖို့ခွဲခြားသင်ရမဲ့အဆင့်လေးတွေကိုသိရှိစေပါတယ်။ဒီသင်ခန်စာနဲ့ကလေးတွေရင်းနှီးသွားအောင်ဘယ်လိုလုပ်မလဲ၊ဒီသင်ခန်းစာကနေကလေးတွေကို ဘာကိုအဓိကရစေချင်တာလဲ၊ရစေချင်တဲ့အဓိကရောက်အောင်ဘယ်လိုအချက်လေးတွေအသုံးပြုမလဲ၊ ကလေးတွေကိုလဲသူတို့အတွေးအခေါ်လေးတွေနဲ့သူတို့စဉ်းစားတတ်အောင်ဘယ်လိုဆွဲခေါ်မလဲပေါ့အဲဒါလေးတွေကိုစဉ်းစားတတ်လာစေတယ်။ကျွန်တော်ကိုယ်တိုင်လဲဆရာမတစ်ယောက်လုပ်ဖူးပါတယ်ရှင့်အရင်ကတော့ဒါမျိုးတွေမစဉ်းစားတတ်ဘူးပေါ့နော်။အခုတော့ ဆရာမလုပ်ဖြစ်တော့ပါဘူးဒါပေမဲ့လဲအဲလို planningလေးတွေကကိုယ်တွေအတွက်အကျိုးရှိနေဆဲပါပဲ။ကိုယ်အဓိကလိုချင်တာကဘာလဲ ကိုယ်လိုချင်တဲ့အရာလေးတွေရဖို့ဘယ်လိုစတင်မလဲ၊ဘယ်လမ်းကိုရွေးမလဲပေါ့နော်သေချာစဉ်းစားဖြစ်လာတယ်။အခုလိုအကြောင်းအရာလေးတွေကိုသိရှိစေဖို့ယူဆောင်လာပေးသောဆရာမ Moh Moh အားလဲကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်ရှင့်

တတိယအနေနဲ့က Plastic Pollution & Waste Managementအကြောင်းအရာ‌လေးကိုဆက်လေ့လာတဲ့အခါမှာ plasticတွေကဘယ်လောက်သေးငယ်တဲ့အပိုင်းအစလေးဖြစ်နေပါစေလူသားနဲ့သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အတွက်တော့ဆိုးကျိုးဖြစ်နေဆဲပါပဲ။အဲလိုဆိုးကျိုးဖြစ်စေတဲ့အရာတွေကိုဘယ်လိုလျော့ချမလဲနောက်ပြီး wasteတွေကို zero wasteဖြစ်အောင်ဘယ်လိုစီမံမလဲဆိုတာတွေကိုသိရှိစေတယ်။ waste အမျိုးအစားတွေကိုလဲခွဲခြားတတ်စေပြီး ဘယ်လိုwasteဆိုရင်ဘယ်လိုမျိုးလေးလုပ်ရမယ်၊plasticတွေကိုလဲကိုယ်ကိုယ်တိုင်ကစပြီးဘယ်လိုနေရာလေးတွေကစလျော့ချမယ်‌ဆိုပြီးအဲလိုမျိုးအတွေးလေးတွေဝင်လာစေတယ်ပေါ့နော်။အခုလိုမျိုးအတွေးလေးတွေဝင်လာစေဖို့မျှဝေပေးခဲ့သော ဆရာZin Myo Tunကိုလဲကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်ရှင့်

Day 2 မှာတော့ Effective Lesson Planning ရဲ့အရေးပါပုံ၊ Objective က တိကျရမယ်၊ တိုင်းတာနိုင်ရမယ်၊ ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ goal ဖြစ်ရမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ လက်တွေ့ကျတဲ့ lesson plan တစ်ခုဆွဲနည်းအပြင် Activity တွေကို ဘယ်လိုမျိုး ရွေးချယ်စဉ်းစားသွားမလဲဆိုတာကိုပါ လေ့လာခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ Tr.Moh အနေနဲ့လည်း အတန်းချိန် 2နာရီလုံးကို engaging and interactive ဖြစ်အောင် lesson plan သေချာဆွဲလာပြီး ပို့ချပေးသွားတာကိုကြည့်ပြီးတော့လည်း ကိုကိုယ်တိုင်ဆိုရင် ဘယ်လိုမျိုး lesson plan ချမလဲဆိုတာအထိ တွေးကြည့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Day 3 မှာတော့ Waste Management နဲ့ Plastic pollution အကြောင်းကို generally လေ့လာခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း ပွဲတွေစီစဉ်တဲ့အခါ zero waste ဖြစ်အောင် လုပ်သင့်တဲ့အကြောင်းတွေ၊ ဆရာ့ရဲ့ innovative ဖြစ်တဲ့ game အကြောင်းနဲ့ Project တွေအကြောင်းကိုလည်း ‌မှတ်သားခဲ့ရပါတယ်။

3ရက်တာလုံးမှာ မတူညီတဲ့ ‌အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို လေ့လာခဲ့ရပြီး တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့ရက်သတ္တပတ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

''On the first day of the program''

"Youth and Environment" session with Sayar Ko Myo Myint Aung is explained about components of the environment and the role of youth in the environment sector. I felt thankful because the teacher explained everything patiently and clearly. It became really clear to me how much young people play a vital role in environmental conservation, sustainable, and climate action. Honestly, what stood out to me the most on day1 was the explanation about climate activism and advocacy. It really opened my eyes.

On the second day, we learned about approaches to effective lesson planning with Tr Moh Moh Myint Zaw. On that day, I happily found exactly what I needed. Effective lesson planning is significant for everyone who sharing their knowledge to other. What I liked most about day2 was the teacher's engaging teaching style. I actively participated by answering interesting and creative questions.

On day3, the focus was on "Plastic Pollution and Waste Management. The session covered general knowledge about waste, especially zero waste practices. Participants learned through innovative games and project-based activities, which made the session engaging and fun.

All three days were super special and meaningful to me. I got to learn so many new things I didn't know before and gained lots of useful knowledge. I am really thankful to everyone who worked hard to make this training happen. I'm excited and ready to join in with full energy in the upcoming weeks to.

At the beginning of this training, I thought it would be just another typical knowledge-sharing session like other online classes I’ve attended. But from the first impression, I loved the teamwork and sense of community — everyone was so funny and friendly. I believe this atmosphere helped us stay engaged in the class and made discussions easy and pressure-free.

On the first day of training, we learned about "Youth and Environment" from Ko Myo Myint Aung’s experiences and knowledge sharing. This was an incredible experience for me because in the past, all I knew was that I loved planting, protecting plants from harm, and creating a green environment 💚. Now, I’ve realized that youth in other countries take on big challenges for their communities and the environment even as teenagers. At that age, I was struggling with family problems like low income and heavy debts. I see now that this is linked to our country’s background, especially in education. So, compared to other countries, we are late runners when it comes to environmental education. We were late in rebuilding our environment, but through To The Green 💚, we can start right now. I believe we will go far to ensure our next generation can survive in a healthy environment.

On the second day, we learned about "Approaches to Effective Lesson Planning" from Tr. Moh Moh Myint Zaw’s detailed teaching experiences. I’ve written lesson plans before, but they were never perfect or very engaging. Now, I’ve learned special methods for creating effective lesson plans. Through many practical examples, quizzes, and exercises — all in just two hours — we gained lessons that will last a lifetime. I’m sure this will help us improve in our teaching fields. I’ll keep learning and updating my skills to build a better education system for our next generation, especially in environmental education.

On the third day, we gained so much awareness and knowledge through the session on "Plastic Pollution & Waste Management" with guest speaker Ko Zin Myo Tun. We learned about the impact of excessive plastic use and how to manage waste to create positive changes, like using kitchen waste on farms instead of throwing it out. We can even reduce expenses or earn extra income by turning waste into useful items such as plant pots, pen holders, or plastic bricks. The biggest transformation is converting plastic into energy or electricity. That’s why we need creativity to manage waste and turn it into positive impacts. We received all this valuable information through this session.

Finally, I am deeply thankful to all the guest speakers and To The Green 💚 organization for giving us these incredible opportunities and experiences.

I promise to use this knowledge and experience to help rebuild a green environment in my community. This training has made me an active learner, and I’m imagining another version of myself — “Ai SUE.”

I look forward to seeing everyone next week for our special training!

Unfortunately, I missed two-day lessons due to my urgent work. I am sad that I cannot get knowledge from two specialists.

In third day, I were able to join and gained key insights for my further study.

ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်သိပ္ပံယူဖြစ်တဲ့အကြောင်းထဲမှာ ဒီ Plastic Pollutionပိုင်းကိုစိတ်ဝင်စားလို့ယူဖြစ်တာလဲပါခဲ့တယ်။ ဒီသင်တန်းမှာ Plastic Pollution moduleပါတာတွေ့တော့ joinဖြစ်ခဲ့တာပါ။ မြန်မာမှာက Plastic pollutionကအတော်ကိုဆိုးရွားတဲ့အခြေအနေကိုရောက်နေတာပါ။ အရင်ကဆိုစျေးဝယ်ထွက်ရင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ကမလိုလို့ အိတ်မယူတာကိုအတင်းတွေပေးကြတာရယ်၊ အိတ်မယူရင်လည်း အိတ်ကလေးတစ်လုံးနဲ့ဘာမဖြစ်ဘူးဆိုတဲ့ ဆိုင်ရှင်စကားရယ်၊ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေရံ့ပြောစကားတွေကြောင့် ပလပ်စတစ်သုံးခဲ့တယ် ခုနောက်ပိုင်းတော့ တတ်နိုင်သမျှလျှော့ချလာပါတယ်။ Environment Dayနေ့တုန်းက Plasticအကြောင်းပြောသွားတာ 2021 မတိုင်ခင်တုန်းက ထိန်ပင်အမှိုက်ပုံဆိုရင် အမှိုက်ပြစ်လို့ရတဲ့ areaက 10ဧကလောက်ပဲရှိတော့တယ်ပြောတော့ အရမ်းလန့်သွားခဲ့ရတယ် ခုလောက်ဆိုရင်ဘယ်လောက်တောင်များနေမလဲပေါ့။ ဒီသင်တန်းက ကိုဇင်မျိုးပို့ချပေးတဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေကို ကြားပြီးတဲ့နောက် ပလပ်စတစ်ထိန်းသိမ်းလျော့ချရေးတွေမှာ ပါဝင်ဖို့ စိတ်အားတက်ကြွခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ပလပ်စတစ်ကို မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်လည်းလျော့ချမယ် ဘေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုလည်း လျော့ချဖို့အသိပညာပေးသွားပါမယ်။
