A multicultural family living in the United States: where the mother, Stacey, is caucasian and born a citizen of the United States, and the father, Abdul Aziz, of South East Asian decent (South Indian ethnicity, and Malaysian nationality)- their daughter is exactly what the title entails: Mixed. With cultural influences from both sides of the family, viewers can see the growth of the daughter, Hana, and her relationship with her family, friends, as well as the relationship with herself. The TV series begins when she's in kindergarten, and ends after she graduates high school, and as the entire family is Muslim, viewers are able to get a more realistic view of Muslim values and are also able to experience with them the hardships of being American-Muslim after September 11 and various Al-Qaeda and ISIS attacks, in the settings of school, the workplace, social media, and airports. The show will provide comical and entertaining relief while addressing the idea of multiculturalism in American families. Hana has friends from all kinds of cultures: Fatima, from Iraq, whose parents still reside there while she attends school in the U.S. and lives with her older brothers, Sim: who is most like Hana in the sense that her father is Indian and her mother is caucasian, and Sarah: her homosexual best friend of (European) German descent with divorced parents. Part of the idea of multiculturalism is progression – moving forward from ideals that are ignorant and close minded, which is not a racial/ethnic characteristic; it is an attitudinal mindset. Watching the family develop over 6 seasons (two grades per season, 60 minute episodes, 26 episodes per season) viewers can move beyond just the demographic component of multiculturalism, which will eventually lead businesses to better marketing, leading consumers to better spend their marketing dollars, and lead to a more creative and welcoming society that pushes all kinds of art, culture, and politics to greater heights.

My show will also be very similar to the 1970's show happy days
The motto is there's nothing that love can't pull us through. I want to teach America society that even when you don't have enough money the family can still stay together, play together, be loving, give hugs and experience happy times.
Be on Netflix and a 30 minute show.

Our show is about a family from the 24th Century, the Messin’s. They travel through time. They are a mixed race family. There is a mother, grandmother, son, and daughter. The grandmother takes the kids on adventures through the past, with their mother irritably trailing behind them trying to catch up and fix their time anomalies. The pilot will focus on the grandmother discovering the key to time traveling. She grabs the kids and takes it for a test drive. The mother walks into the garage where the machine is just disappearing. Rattled and angry she reads the note her mother left for her. She had taken the kids on an ‘informative historical trip’. She now sits in the garage attempting to recreate the machine her mother had all the while her mother and children are going anywhere and everywhere. From the signing of the Declaration of Independence to Martin Luther King Junior’s “I have a dream..” speech. It will follow the grandmother and kids and the mom’s never ending struggle to catch up. Every episode the audience will see the grandmother come up with more gadgets and finding new ways to escape the mom’s unwavering watch to take the kids on another adventure. They will also see the struggle of a single mom to care for and console her family after her husband left them. The only time zone and place that will stay constant is their house in the 24th century. It will probably be a mix between location and set work. The house would be on a set. It would be filmed with professional equipment with longer, fast paced scenes. There will inevitably be a few shorter or slower scenes throughout the series. People will want to watch it because its imaginative. Its fascinating to see someone else’s view of the future. The show is also different, than many of the family sitcoms available. It's about a mixed family, a single mom, and a live in grandmother. It's not the perfect family usually portrayed in family sitcoms.
