Time dilation is a very real phenomenon that has been verified by various experiments. What can you say about the Airplane flights▪Muon decay▪Twin Paradox?

This phenomenon will be loved by people who want to stay younger. Imagine, by travelling at an almost speed of light, you grow slower than the rest of people who don't travel that fast. Ridiculously, you will not experience that aging slower effect since that is only perceive by stationary frame of reference. You will just notice it after you turn back in a normal speed and compare yourself to the others particularly, your same age before you travel.

P.S. How about travelling at a very slow pace? Would I be older than my Earth reference age?

-Sesiom

Although, this experiment/observation is not experienceable since, airplanes are significantly slower than c and it still inside of the Earth, scientists proved that Einstein was not joking around. Thanks to modern technology that we can now measure time in nth seconds and see that relativity is not a fiction but a reality.

-Sesiom

Discovery after discovery! When they discover the existence of muon, they eventually discover that Einstein was not joking around. Since, Muon travels at almost the speed of light the special relativity affects the time of when it will decay. At Muon as the point of reference, it is 2.2 microsecond but us here on the surface of our planet, it decays 11 microseconds. Thanks to that we can measure and explore how muons work.

-Sesiom

of reference, it is 2.2 microsecond but on the surface of the Earth

Time dilation really is, fascinating. I always thought that being born at the same time, for instance, if you have a twin or if do you happen to have someone born at the same time, you will age at the same time. But it was debunked by time dilation. It's like a cheat code for age. Just travel a lot faster than your twin or someone that was born at the same time as you, and you will be younger than them. Just mind blowing.
