I'm in charge of creating the products of the company. We produce organic candles and oil paintings, both products are personalized or according to the season.
Our company focuses on transforming your home in any environment that you want through your senses, we specialize in smell and sight. The point of organic candles is to be environmentally friendly and sustainable and with the paintings we can offer personalized interior design. 
Our turnover is around one million pesos per month, for the moment we only sell in Bogotá. However, we plan to expand sales nationwide.

Once we decide how many ideas of candles we are going to offer, we define how many candles we will produce for the season and establish their cost and profit, as the sale plan.
After that, we present the candles' ideas to the marketing demparment to decide the  advertising process.
Finally, we scheduale important days to due every process and establish the release day.

On the other hand, for oils paintings. First, we scheduale every order to make meeting with the client to talk about their preferences. Following this, we inform to the client the process of painting which requieres at least 1 month to finish the product, acording to the painter.
