The homestay facilities and services such as free wifi, 24-hour front desk, laundry service, housekeeping, currency exchange on site. I used the free wifi service, housekeeping and laundry service. I am satisfied with my stay. What I like about the homestay is that the host is very friendly and helpful. They recommend a beautiful place to enjoy my stay. What I don't really like about the hotel is that there is no elevator. I had to take the stairs to the third floor. I will recommend the homestay to my friends.

Vietnamese people exchange business cards by giving and talking with two hands to others. When Vietnamese people have small talk, they are open to talking about the news, what they do in a day. I think the topic that should avoid for small talk are creepy stories, scores, and debits. I point at so more by using my index finger. Vietnamese people indicate the member one by their index finger. In Vietnam, the thumbs-up sign means what they see is done very well, good job. That is all about Vietnamese gestures and customs.

I usually ask for laundry and ironing services if I  stay here many days. I used the laundry service. It was good.
 
The hotel is up there high and has large windows looking out, it's very cool, all the services there make me comfortable, but the parking is a bit tight, and it's hard to leave. I find it very convenient because it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach.  I was in a double room and the room rate was 600,000 VND a night.  In the hotel, there is a service for free snacks, wifi, tv, air conditioning, minibar and I have used all of those services.  I didn't use housekeeping because I only stayed 2 nights.  There are soft drinks and fruit in the mini-bar.  I found the hotel to be excellent in everything.  I haven't had any bad experiences.  After the holiday I recommended it to my friends and relatives.  In general, the hotel and my stay were very good.
