Nowadays if someone needs a permit for medical reasons for example, we have to visit at least three different people so, in that way the permit is finally given. Furthermore it is so difficult to find these people for any reason. If they were easy to find, the process would be faster.
Just as an example, last week, we needed a permit for a medical appointment. If we had known how complicated was the process, we would have asked earlier. Because of the delays, we missed my appointment.
If there were a specific office, all students would know where to go. Also, if the university had created this office before, many students wouldn't have lost time and money.
In this way, we ask to create a special are for permits.
Thank you for your attention.

My friends and I are tired of several ongoing problems at the university. There is a bad smell in some classrooms and hallways. If the university had installed better ventilation last year, we wouldn't still be dealing with this now. Parking is also frustrating, and some students arrive late because of it. If there were more parking spaces, students wouldn't start the day stressed. The break room has been closed for a long time. If it hadn't been closed, students would've had a comfortable place to relax. If the noises weren't so loud, we could concentrate better. We hope something can be done soon.

For a long time, people have argued if it is better to be an introvert or an extrovert. Both personality types have a lot of advantages and disadvantages, each with its own strengths and weaknesses

On one hand, introverts are good at deep thinking and observing. They usually process and think things thoroughly before speaking, which makes them great listeners and carefully people at the time to make a decisions. However, because they tend to overthink everything, it can be hard for them to initiate the first interaction, and they can easily get overwhelmed in crowded places.

On the other hand, extroverts love being around people and they usually like to be the center of attention. They are adventurous, and feel comfortable being around a lot of people. But their main disadvantage is that they can be too impulsive, for example, sometimes they speak without thinking first, or they might struggle when they have to be alone

Considering our modern world, there are factors that often push us to be super extroverted, in a group, work and public presentations, but the truth is that staying at one extreme isn't always the best option.

Honestly, we think that being an ambivert is actually the best way to be nowadays, so being basically in the middle means that you get the best of both worlds, as you being neither extroverted nor introverted. In that way, we agree that it is completely fine to be quiet and a little shy at first while you trust others. Then, once you feel comfortable, you can easily switch and let your expressive side out, and talk a lot without stopping. In the end, the best option is not about choosing between being an introvert or an extrovert, it's about being whatever makes you feel good.

Introduction.

Good afternoon everyone

Today, I would like to talk about ambiverts, are people who have a balance between introverted and extroverted traits, they can enjoy spending time with others, but they also appreciate having time alone to relax and reflect, unlike strong introverts or strong extroverts, ambiverts can adapt their behavior depending on the situation because of this flexibility, they often feel comfortable in a variety of social and professional environments and understanding ambiverts can help us better appreciate the diversity of human personalities and the different ways people interact with the world.

Development.

According to the video, ambiverts may have an advantage because they combine some of the strengths of both personality types and they know when to speak and be social, but they also know when to listen and think carefully before responding, this balance allows them to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with others.

For example, in group activities, ambiverts can actively participate in discussions without dominating the conversation and they are often good at understanding different points of view and adapting to the needs of the people around them an in professional settings, this flexibility can be especially valuable because they can work independently when necessary and collaborate successfully with a team when required.

Conclusion.

In conclusion, ambiverts are often seen as flexible, adaptable, and balanced individuals, they can enjoy social situations while also appreciating moments of solitude and reflection, although no personality type is better than another, ambiverts may benefit from having qualities from both introverts and extroverts.

Their ability to adapt to different situations can help them succeed in many areas of life.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerly (Carla Chuquichambi, Dimitry Vaca, Pablo Rodríguez)

Being ambiverted is better than being either introverted or extroverted. Ambiverts are somewhere in between these two personality types, so they enjoy the best of both worlds. They can reflect deeply and plan carefully like introverts but they can also be sociable like extroverts when the situation calls for it. This makes ambiverts more balanced and successful in life.

Introverts are not as good as ambiverts because they have serious problems. Introverts tend to overthinking things. This makes them more have to anxiety or depression. Furthermore, introverts don't get very excited about rewards or social interaction, and they may miss out on important opportunities because they prefer solitude. Extroverts are not as good as ambiverts either. Extroverts can be very impulsive and make hasty decisions without thinking them through. They need constant stimulation to feel satisfied, so when they are alone, they often feel bored or unhappy. A study conducted with call center workers showed that ambiverts earned more money than introverts or extreme extroverts. Ambiverts avoid the main problems associated with both extremes.

For all these reasons being ambiverted is the best choice. Ambiverts can enjoy quiet moments without feeling anxious and social events without feeling overwhelmed. They adapt easily to different situations, which helps them succeed both at work and in their personal relationships. Unlike introverts and extroverts, ambiverts don't suffer the disadvantages of belonging to either extreme. Therefore, if we can be flexible like an ambivert, we would live a happier and more balanced life.

People usually think you can only be an introvert or an extrovert, but we prefer to be ambiverts. We are better off being in the middle of the spectrum because it gives us the perfect balance in our everyday lives. We don’t like to be boxed into only one extreme category. But we love having the flexibility to change our energy depending on the day, the place or the special people we are with at that moment. This balance makes us feel more complete because we can take care of our social life and our personal space without any pressure, anxiety or extra stress.

The main reason why we prefer this is, we can enjoy every situation without feeling bad or totally exhausted. We love hanging out with our friends, dancing, talking and having a good time at big parties or social events. But we also do love our quiet time at home, watching a good movie, listening to music or just relaxing in total peace. Extroverts get bored and lonely when they’re alone for a day and introverts get super tired around people very quickly. But we can feel completely happy and comfortable and stable in both worlds.

Lastly, we like being ambiverts because it makes us so much better at relating to other people in real life. We know exactly when to listen to a friend in need, but we also know how to speak up and be confident when the situation demands it. This is very helpful for us in our personal relationships as well as at school or work. To finish, we like this personality type because it gives us total freedom. We can be social or quiet as we want and that is certainly our real superpower. And we like it this way every day.
