         <description><![CDATA[<p>Something that is extinct no longer exists. The reason for that is population decrease. examples of extinct animals are the dodo bird and the woolly mammoth. both animals population gradually decreased as climate change and hunting began.</p><p>    Plants can also get extinct over time due to various reasons. An example is the saint Helena olive plant. It's extinction was caused by deforestation and human habitat destruction.</p>]]></description>
