One of the main ideas was testing. They took six month of testing before offering it to Mahan. The car has driven more than 2 million miles. And Mahan says it "drives like a very good driver."

Another main idea was that Mahan had felt like he "gained independence." He said that it was safe. And it gives the opportunities to people with disabilities to finally travel alone without guidance.

The last main idea was that the technology was expanding for future upgrades. They are hoping for car communication so the cars can directly tell each other information. The cars will also know if traffic is in their route to know if to avoid it. And the car has a full 360 view to acknowledge its surroundings.
