In order to create resources for PL school leaders must make sure that the process is data driven. Teachers must be given time to analyze the data together on a regular basis in order to make corresponding changes to instruction. School leaders must be available to provide daily support within the school in order to be close to the teachers and have a feel for what resources are needed. Leaders must ensure that resources are readily available for teachers to respond quickly in their instructional planning. Resources housed via technology must be easily accessible and readily available so that teachers can access them quickly and easily.

To create this as a leader, I would need to first examine a budget and data. The data will help decide where more money, learning, and teachers should be utilized (i.e. if ESOL learners are making fewer gains, perhaps hiring an extra ESOL staff member would be the best use of funds). As more data is collected throughout the year, funds, materials, or personnel could be shifted to focus on new areas of need. I would also want to collaborate with the staff to have them help examine where more learning or resource focus is needed.
